
Jason Ward, interaction designer, joined Swim in 1999. For the past 14 years, he has worked on a wide range of products, from medical devices to enterprise and consumer software. Most recently, Jason has been working with commercial airline pilots – including visiting multiple flight simulators and dispatch centers – to design a better in-flight navigation system. In any environment, Jason brings problem solving, ethnographic and visual design expertise to the design of interfaces.
Prior to Swim, Jason worked in cultural resources management at Parsons, a global engineering organization. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology at Oregon State University and also holds an Associate's degree in Graphic Design.
