iPass web application

Swim redesigned a web-based customization tool for iPass, Inc., improving its ease of use and readability. Swim created a visual and information design which communicated the steps of the process and clearly presented the choices for each configuration option. Swim also supplied new instructional text to help facilitate user comprehension.
